Now we have a truly interesting event. Korean players can vote whether they want a faster leveling from lvl 99 onwards, or whether they want more item drops from lvl 99 onwards (yes, this implies at least lvl 100):

As I am typing this, there have been 2610 votes (in one day!), with 74% for faster leveling and 26% for more items.

Considering how fast you're getting xp at 99 I'd vote for the first, too.

In the meantime it's 8 o' clock in the evening in Korea, and 5164 votes have been cast. The ration is still 74% to 26% in favor of the faster exp.

This means that the drop rate really doesn't seem to be a problem in Korea and probably won't be increased in the foreseeable future.

that's kind of sad as here it's the other way around, most ppl that farmed 16 AP are as a consequence 99 100%

I personally also would rather get more/easier items then easier grind but that's cause am used to the old school grindfest :D

Drop rates are the biggest issue for me. If they increase the level cap to 100 it wouldn't be very bad at all at the current exp tables. Gained an easy few percent a week without even trying.

Now, at 10 pm Korea time, 6060 votes have been cast and the ratio is 75:25, so exp seems to be winning even more.

The talk is about r99 items though, would easier access to eternal/amaranthine help that much?

Well it'll slow the game from dying as fast considering current players have no way of getting r99 without RMT, cheating or handouts. As more people quit each week realizing this fact. Why the Koreans want easier 'll even I'd puzzling to mms e considering they both level fast and most players are already capped out if not close to 99 100%. Also who cares about xp anymore? Its all about the so which people over have maxed out quickly too... I still doubt the intelligence over there...

I am not sure whether there are not a number of (deliberate) misunderstandings involved with this poll. "Lv. 99 이상" just means "lvl 99 and above". The developers do not state whether they will raise the level cap to 100 (where everybody is already, what with being 99+100%), or maybe to 110. In the latter case an ever more slow exp gain might be deterring even to Koreans.

As to the items, maybe the Korean players are afraid that their R99 equipment will lose value when the drop rate gets increased (although why a lvl 99 player would want to sell his equipment escapes me, unless its for RMT). The developers have repeatedly stated that no new armor/weapon series will be added, but "아이템 성장" i.e. "increase in items" could also be understood as "introducing new items", and maybe the players are afraid of having to go through an item grind for R100 again. That's how iSoo from inven.co.kr understands it:
