Today the new patch went live, under the name 고대인의 의지/"The Plan of the Ancients".

One new level 100 skill for Feoh Archmage
One new level 99 skill for each Wynn summoner class (damage with debuff)

PK/ET Auras now boost P.Def and M.Def/Magic Resist when it was boosting only one before.
The trigger chance is increased from 2% to 6%, and may increase by level up to level 5 (not sure, it's written for ST/ET but not for PK)
Several cooldown decreased for mages

Giants' Caves upper is for level 100~101 solo hunt (the monsters are passive and antisocial), and GC lower is for 101~102 party hunt, with aggressive monsters aka AoE possible and encouraged.

There are no really new items, but you can spoil the recipe for for weightless Soulshots R-Grade from Om Batus and Shakrima Batus, two of Mimir's co-conspirators who appear in the basement of the Giants' Caves:

looks like Superior Wizardry will remove Arcane Power now :o

That is correct. When you learn Superior Wizadry, the lvl 78 toggle skill Arcane Power will be automatically removed:

Please note that you can level up Superior Wizardry as you grow older. At character level 104 Superior Wizardry gives +30% M.Atk., i.e. the same as Arcane Power, but without the 10% MP consumption increase and without the HP consumption.

Exp in the upgraded Giants' Caves seems to be fairly good. There have already two sets of screenshots been published:

In the post of today there are accusations of botting (오토). Most people in the screenshot are dead, however. Possibly this is powerleveling. With the random emergence of monsters with high attack powers the Giants' Caves are probably not really suited for automated leveling :D

This just comes to late. EU/NA won't have more level 100+ locations for another 6-8 months and by then it's no longer needed. Top clans like Nova, KSK, SH/DH will be 104/105 by than already. They should've added the change of GC in IO, just like a bunch of more different hunting locations. With the limited number or people per server it's easy to pick out where your enemy is and disrupt PvE by just showing up with full orbital cannon PvP ready groups. With just 3 more hunting zones level 100+ there is no leveling unless you can fight off every automated enemy you face.

I still think it's suchs a waste and wrongdoing by NCSoft not to include more raised zones in the IO patch, just to have some content for future patches
