it was a bit laggy Wednesday for me but pending on from where you play this is most of the time ISP/ping related even though I use BattlePing which means I normally play without any lag at all 95% of the time
if there's an increase of lag on all servers and incl. those from Aion then it's NCWest hardware/server related
