Nevertheless, I can see that this is annoying, like I personally find it annoying that I have to enter that Personal Identification Number on the keypad each time I log into the game. Either it's the lag, or my mouse has a mind of her own about double-clicks, but I often get double numbers I don't want and then have to restart clicking around again.
On the other hand, I remember that some years ago a considerable number of accounts were hacked, mostly in Greece and Poland, where many people play in internet cafes. So I can understand that NCsoft is adding an additional layer of security, saving them the work of having to deal with hundreds of customer service tickets about stolen accounts.
