It's indeed a charset problem. Nothing much I can recommend you, may be by switching your computer locale to something else (Korean ?)

These problems are making these two files "SmallFont-e.gly" and "LargeFont-e.gly" in system folder....

So, if you disable them in Localization.ini

BTW: When i try run the devmode from other folder than system (ie. when i create my own folder for Devmode) i getting GG errors .... :/
Probably because GG dont like to starting the game from other folders than default system

  1. Any way how to fix it ? except disabling the GG?
  2. Or any chance to tell L2.exe to use two or more .ini files?

Both golemka and Juji say that it is possible. The trick with GameGuard might be that you have to copy not only the files in the NCSOFT folder, i.e. the game per se, but also the NCWest folder with the launcher. I have no idea in which folder GameGuard is located :)

I already fixed the Gameguard problem....

When i created my devmode folder i deleted the original l2.ini, because i thought that i wouldnt need it anymore, if i use devmode.ini instead...

But GG had an different opinion on the matter :D


So when i restored the missing file, everything is working fine....

pawnviewer is not working anymore with korean client, as in pv not working, u can view only skills, any ideea how to fix?

If anyone is interested, this ini allow you to launch the dev mode with L2 EU Classic Client.

However it launches the game with Regular data and not classic Data, I'm missing an option somewhere :(
