As far as I understand the Spectral Slash description, in the moment it lands an invisible Spectral Sword appears and inflicts a one-time physcial attack on the target with 100 points added to the attacker's (in this case the Titan's) P.Atk.
Apart from that we have a lingering effect for 10 seconds where the victim's P.Def./M.Def. is reduced by 20. In the way it is written, that would be 20 points, but I suspect that the percent sign got lost and it is actually 20%. Let's see how NCWest translates this :)

The % will be missing, server will be taken down 4 times to solve the text bug but will never be fixed until Forgotten Kings.

I am so done with the waiting game for Salvation, if they won't announce anything quick I go into hibernation and offline for Salvation to hit the server.

Costs 2.5 million adena, lasts 4 hours and gives, apart from 30% more HP etc. 50% more exp/SP when Vitality is on.

Also Aram mentioned it in the recent version of Red Libra in his latest video as I have seen and understood that part correctly.

Wasn't aware of that skill. To me that's an overkill. With so many items/buffs that decrease skill reuse time, this buff can be spammed. Can't thing anything better (along with PoM) for solo and group play.

This buff is triggered by sws' rush skill (sforzando sting). I didn't test myself, but i would guess it's fixed 8s reuse. But even if it's fixed it's still pretty powerful.

A lvl 101 Sword Muse writes that while the theoretical reuse time of Sforzando Sting (which triggers Swift Praise) is 7 seconds, the real reuse time is 5 seconds (no details are given as to why), and since the buff lasts for 4 seconds, it can be kept up almost permanently, just interrupted by the 1 second (plus another second for human eye-hand coordination) casting time of Sforzando Sting:

I did some test with lvl 85 sws and that skill give 50% of patk/matk (On patch notes they said 150%) , and that trigger effect don't stack with rapso/Mad cow.
