Tank update on PTS:

- Several skills renamed with re-adjusted effects
- Tanks lose Knight cubic and not all tanks get replace for it
- They loose also chain hydra and not all get replace for it
- 101 auras changed and give cooldown reduction (HK aura is not debuff anymore)
- SK seems to lose single-paralyze

- Spezion Extreme is 103 doesn't require memory frags
- Tautis dont require quest items to enter
- Dimensional Warp has 45 lvls and if you finish quests (from 1 to 8 quests path) you can skip floors (max skip 41)

You probably mean Grand Hate Aura, which is called Superior Aggression Aura in the English version:

That has indeed been changed into an Aura Skill/오라 스킬 aka toggle, now going by the name Hate Aura/헤이트 오라. Strangely enough, the effect has been changed from provoking the enemies around you into targeting and attacking you to reducing the enemies' hatred as well as their Atk.Speed and Casting Speed while increasing your own P.Def. and Movement Speed.

On April 19, one week after going live, the new Hate Aura toggle has been removed and replaced with the old aktive skill Superior Aggression Aura:

For mass aggro Sigel Phoenix Knights have now Phoenix Glide/피닉스 글라이드, Flame Feather/플레임 페더 and Wing of Phoenix/윙 오브 피닉스. The other tank classes really don't seem to have any Hate/헤이트 related skills that have an effect on several enemies, only the single target Shield Boomerang/실드 부메랑 which replaces the old Superior Aggression.

ok so True Vanguard gets nerf hardcore and we need more info on how really the other changes will affect the tanks but that it will change things is clear..

the situation is kinda unfair as we will get the XP fix most likely at the same time as this update so I'll be stuck at lvl 105 while in Korea Tanks could easily grind past that before getting nerf on their DPS.. so typical NC Soft - but in all fairness some of this should help the average tanks to be more desired for parties so there's that as silver lining..

the warp getting teleports is about time though

as this is their PTS server let's see what gets rolled out to Live in the end first before going nuts :)

I dont want to sound insulting in any way, but you are free to exp even now, when xp tables get changed you will be lv110 if you exp hard enough.

no u won't as those changes have always been % based and not actual XP gained amounts..

anyways do we know if for example you have a +20 Aura the new/changed Aura will retain the OE or it gets reset to zero as we've seen before with the other class changes ?

I don't really see this as an improvement for tanks, more like a unbalanced nerf.
This will turn into 2 out of the 4 tanks being useful in any situation. And the rest so-so. Kinda like Interlude-age.
Knowing Koreans, the Paladin will be the top tank and the rest just is there to have racial diversity. ST being the players favourite.
The fact they give the Paladin a heal and auto-rez cubic and leave the ST one that is basically Disparition shows they chosen Pala to be top tank

Not giving tanks an upgraded version of their 83 skill is a missed chance to really make tanks desirable.
This was their chance to completely eliminate this SoS/PoWind bullshit. But they didn't. Lost opportunity.

Both of you are right. I believe in High 5 and also with Lindvior there were exp table changes. Everybody gained exp because the change was based on the number of points obtained compared to the table. If this is right, being lv105 80% should bump you over the 106 if they change the exp table. But, my trust in NCSoft and NCWest is so low, that they probably gonna adjust the table and give you nothing in return.

let's see how the Tank players in Korea respond to these changes as we have zero say in it.. first reaction of several Tanks in my clan is brb rerolling to archer..

If it ends up being terrible it will be game over for me as it's to many of these kind of bs happening lately and that is if I manage to stay active till this comes out as the current update is a big disappointment for me.. hope it's better for the mages etc. but for me after waiting this long for certain changes that didn't happen and now actual nerfs instead boosts for tanks is just wtf..

It's rly concerning as, agression in current update in core (helios update still) is quite weak tbh, i read in patch notes agression will be more powerful, and now i see they took out agro aoe from 3 tanks..theres something wrong here, this will force tanks to be paladin to be able to level up. :cry:

I cant be 100% sure, but so many skills got effect changed and renamed that if they went trhough with taking away like 20 skills enchants..would be the most outraging thing ever!

Exactly. If Koreans are negative about it, it might be just like Tyrr; changes are canned.
For the Feoh's: The Feoh change was well deserved and I seen people to get fed up with Feoh and items like Red Cat Eye coming back to game and being 100% on Feoh camp again.

I hope I see the day that Wynns are gonna get 'fixed'... because I feel we on the same boat mate, your side just already taking water.
