You assume changes will be improvements which is not always the case, talk to any HK on how that worked out for them..

Based on his signature he's a Yul and/or Evisc that realized his class no longer is the top of the food chain and hopes another round of class adjustments puts him back in the lead without a full reroll.

Even if we assume that the developers have not abandoned the male Ertheias and are behind the scenes busily working the new classes, that probably would not change anything for the existing Eviscerators/Sayha's Seers and Archers. With their guns the male Ertheias are using a completely new type of weapon, like when the Kamael with their rapiers and crossbows were introduced.

Of course the new classes will be overpowered, to motivate players to spend a ton of money on reaching lvl 105 again, with all the non-tradeable shirts and whatnot. Full rerolls is where NCsoft's cash flow is coming from :D

What they should do is fix Tyrr and Wynn before adding a new gimmick class. Especially if this Male Ertheia is anything close to a fox-summoner.

A further diversification of Tyrr classes was announced in 2015:

Nothing has happened since.

Insofar the Salvation Feedback Poll on official should be taken with a grain of salt. If the developers were really interested in player feedback, they would have made such a poll first here:
http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/forum/list
That would provide them with their feedback half a year earlier than at NCWest, giving them several more months to react and correct any wrong design decisions they might have made. But there were no polls in Korea since 2014. So the NCWest poll is probably not more than a placebo, intended to appease the enraged masses by giving them the illusion that things will get better in the future :D

If you look at the order/levels on my sig you'll realise I'm main Healer, dual was Wynn (now Feoh I haven't used), box (PvE) Evisc and ISS, with a Feoh/Yul alt (now Feoh/Healer). :p

It does suck that my Evisc isn't the PvE powerhouse it used to be, but it's not terrible either and the dagger dual on it should help. I just like changes to look forward to. Even though I've just switched from Wynn it'd be cool if they were boosted.
Erica -> Bartz -> Chronos
Domi -> 103/100/80/80 Aeore/Wynn, 102/100 Evisc, 101 ISS, 100/99 Feoh/Yul + More
